Why the Steelers should have drafted Ben Roethlisberger over Roethisberger?
The Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Ben Rothlisberger with the No. 2 pick in the 2017 NFL draft.
The 6-foot-2, 240-pound running back had just two career touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns to go along with one interception.
He was one of only six running backs selected to the Pro Bowl.
He missed three games in 2017 after surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee.
Roethise had just one career touchdown and zero rushing touchdowns in seven NFL seasons.
But Roethsire has a knack for winning games, including three straight AFC South titles in 2016 and 2017.
He led the league in rushing with 1,091 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2018.
The Steelers’ offense ranked 27th in yards per play (4.7) and 29th in rushing touchdowns (4).
